Welcome to the Shearwater RIBS Web site. Shearwater RIBS is part of Bembridge Outboards ltd. Established in 1971 by Arthur Robinson, Bembridge Outboards has steadly expanded.

Now headed by Jim and Tom Robinson, over the last eight years the company has replaced 90 percent of its waterfront facilities with new purpose built premisis.

We are the Island's main dealer for Mercury Outboards and since 2006 we have supplied and services the range of Suzuki marine products

Our trained technicians can handle all aspects of outboard repairs and maintainance, including Optimax and Verado repairs and tuning. We also undertake the service and repair of several other makes of outboard and act as dealers for various quality boat and RIB manufacturers.

Our waterside facilities include our showroom, outboard storage facility with accessory and an administration area, swinging moorings with pontoon landing, slipway, outside storage, and a custom-built covered storage facility with a racking system serviced by forklift.

With the extra space added over the last three years, we developed the concept of Shearwater RIBS.
